The Requirements of Medical Procedures

In order for the health services provided to be carried out, the processing of some of your personal data is mandatory. For example, age and gender information is necessary for determining the reference ranges of laboratory results.

Legal Obligations

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations stipulated under health legislation and other relevant laws.

Electronic Services

Your contact information is processed for the purpose of providing notification by SMS (optionally) when your results are ready, delivering results by e-mail and enabling access to the online laboratory result system.

c) To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data is shared with our authorized personnel within the scope of carrying out the services provided. Transfers may be made for the purpose of completing registration procedures and providing communication.

• Your address information may be shared only with cargo companies, the postal organization and electronic messaging firms for the purpose of delivery and notification.
• Consultancy firms from which technical support is received may gain access to the systems. The necessary agreements are made with these firms in order to ensure data security.
• Within the scope of explicit consent, transfers may be made to the software and server firms from which services are received, for the purpose of data storage and system security.

d) The Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through the website, mobile applications, information and request forms or physical means.

Based on the data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, the collected data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this notice.

Information About the Advertising and Cookie Policy

Personal data obtained through our website (including health data) is not used for the purpose of advertising targeting, remarketing, customer matching or personalized advertising.

In activities carried out through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and the like, targeting is not done on the basis of health status or interactions with medical content. Advertising cookies operate on anonymous and aggregated data.
